Great service by Jovanpreet. Despite the reception counter only having one person to look after, or max 2, how she manages to still smile and give good service is amazing, well done for her amazing service level! Lady at lunch time and dinner time at 1st floor restaurant also amazing (she did not give her name), barely 3 months working but her way she serves customers and manages the restaurant floor is like a 'pro', definitely deserves a promotion, really 5 star service.

The staff is polite and professional. We were in town to visit Shree Ram Janmabhoomi Mandir and we recommend staying here even though it is little far from the temple. The facility is excellent, the rooms are spacious and clean. We didn’t try the onsite restaurant and but the Restaurant across the street (Evergreen) is great too. We will stay here again the next time we visit Ayodhya. Jai Shree Ram!

Very comfortable stay, location, safety & facilities. AC was excellent, a much needed necesity considering the hot whether outside. Decent breakfast & good alacarte ample car parking pricing could have been more reasonable considering it is located in a Tier 3 city

The staff was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout our stay. While the location can be a bit tricky to find on Google Maps, it's actually right in the heart of the city, making it easy to reach all the main attractions. Overall, the cleanliness and comfort were impressive—definitely recommended for a family stay.

I liked the staff ,and their welcoming ceremony.Always there to help,especially when our booked taxi from Varanasi did not arrive , they helped us arrange one within a few minutes and that is greatly appreciated .Very polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Excellent options - also the Restaurant Manager and his staff were very helpful as I traveled with my 86 year old mother. She was made to sit very comfortably and was served most of what she wanted. This was our experience during dinner as well.
